It is a sprawling hotel but needs immediate renovation otherwise they will not have business

Breakfast was ok but no one there from hotel to attend, very very few guests there in breakfast.

Rooms are very old, the door lock was horrible , manual type may be 50 years old

good hotel with nice view

the room is quite spacious and have a balcony. the surrounding is calming with trees, flower and green grass. the staff were friendly too

the room is a bit dark and gloomy, different from the picture. and the pool is a bit dirty too. the key was still using old fashion key (not card)

2 nights at superior twin room

The ambiance, fresh air, and friendly staffs.

I booked the superior twin room for 2 nights. The room was quite big but sadly it was poorly maintain. The bed sheet smell bad, carpet was dirty, they better take out the carpet from the room if they didnt want to clean it properly.

The manager and the reception was an extremely helpful.

The manager and the reception was an extremely helpful. The manager is a true gentleman. He acknowledged all the problems (though he came to know about it little late) and did his best to address them. The staff is extremely courteous.

The resort was not peaceful. There was very loud music playing late in the night and then again early morning since 7am. It's disturbing if one is with a baby. There was no hot water...which again is a big problem in cold place with kids/baby. The breakfast doesn't have any veg options. Even though it's 4 star resort it didn't have alcohol..even though it was mentioned on the menu. The restuarant service is extremely slow.. we got our food after 1.5hrs of placing the order. There is no room service after 10pm. So late in the night if you are hungry you can't do anything. Overall its not worth the price which it asks for. The resort overall is old and maybe understaffed. I don't think I will book this place again. It lacks value and experience. The only highlight is their staff which is extremely helpful. Especially their manager.

The service was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food from breakfast buffet and restaurant was good. The landscaping in the resort was beautiful.

The first room we got was in poor condition but the issue was resolved after we notified the reception.

Not worth the price.

The environment and hotel surrounding was very nice and as expected.

The room no. 111 was not clean. Needs to be maintain well. The bathtub water was not flowing out properly. The bed was not comfortable. The sink area was dirty.

Would recommend for a pleasant stay

Their payment machine didnt work, and we had a bit of trouble, end up paying cash in hand and then find a bank to take some money for expenses. They claim its due to Network. They refused to accept online payment which could be done later. We had a bit of tension state and wasted about 45 mins to 1 hr in this process.

The staff friendly service. My sister got a surprise birthday cake on her 60th birthday. Thank you for all staff involved - it is much appreciated

Our rooms were so close to the road - it could have been better if we got the rooms at the back. Had to wait for 5 minutes to get the hot water for shower - a waste of water. My daughter had a massage on day 1 - was told there was only 1 masseur - a female masseur. The next morning she booked for massage at 17:30 for her aunty "as a surprise gift "- she or the receptionist mentioned the need for a 'female masseur' - assuming there was only one female masseur. The she found out closer to the time (after rushing back to the hotel) it was going to be a MALE masseur to do the job and she had to cancel it!

Overall good.

The staff are really friendly & helpful especially the check-in counter staff.

The BALE BALE area sound system at night can be lowered after 9pm will be good. As our room is around the area, the sound only stop at 10.30pm, so quite annoying especially if there're kids or seniors wanted to have an early night. The pool water is cold. Will be good if there's a jacuzzi.

Not bad for short stay

Check in and out are fast, receptionist is polite and kindly ask any suggestions for improvement Value for money for stay in Lembang Breakfast menus are various There are many local cuisine outside the hotel Room is clean although bit outdated, bathroom too Swim pool is big enough, but warm water is available only in small pool for kids Car parking is spacious Great for family with young children

Noise echoes between rooms, footsteps can be heard from outside, not exactly quiet location if u are into serenity, located in a busy mainroad, sometimes I could hear sound of traffic in my room ( I was in room 110)
